[June 2006] TEAM Computing
Beyond Commerce is pleased to announce its merger with TEAM Computing (Australia), effective 1 June 2006. The merger further enhances the position of Beyond Commerce as a leading provider of B2B eCommerce services and solutions by combining its business and industry skills and knowledge, with the infrastructure and technology skills and experience of TEAM. Like Beyond Commerce, TEAM has built its reputation on providing quality, practical and cost effective solutions to organisations. The merger will allow each organisation to provide a broader and more complete suite of services and solutions to their customers. Resulting from the merger, Beyond Commerce has relocated its offices in Sydney and Melbourne to TEAM Computing's offices in the same cities. Beyond Commerce is pleased to announce a new Support, Services and Distribution Agreement with AdvanceFirst Technologies. As an integral part component of this agreement, Beyond Commerce has also formed a Strategic Alliance with TEAM Computing. The primary focus of these new relationships will be to provide Sales, Professional and Support services to AdvanceFirst Customers in Australaisia.
